when did tamu greek life start

The first chapter at A&M was ADPI and started in 1975!! Not sure abt frats though, but you could look it up on the student activities website I’m sure

The first fraternity was started in the early 80’s I think.

The first sorority at TAMU was Delta Zeta and was chartered in 1974. But ADPi came shortly after along with some other sororities.
