Kappa is better than both, more fun than both, very social, well-rounded
PiPhi has some great girls, but not as strong overall as Kappa
Theta has nice girls, they don't compete with Kappa for the same girls, not very many girls have Theta-Kappa on pref night for sure

Pi Phi requires grades, connections and legacy status is important there. Theta doesn't bid just anyone but they're aren't as prominent as they used to be. KKG has great girls but some are starting to act a little less than classy.

Kappa = party girls, used to be pretty selective but obviously not as much now since they're letting in so many crazy party girl types - still top/upper middle
Pi Phi = nice girls, a little boring, but nothing wrong with them, middle tier
Theta = definitely wouldn't go there, bottom tier with KD, GPhi, and ADPi

All the Kappas I know are super motivated, smart, and have great personalities. I wouldn't characterize them as party girls, but they know how to have fun and when to work hard. They live being Kappas.
The PiPhis I know are sweet, kind, love their chapter. They have a beautiful house.
Theta is a proud chapter and plan a great philanthropy event each year. They are a strong chapter and have many smart, outstanding girls.
