KA has always been good. Fiji is just good because of their name/they get guys because they have a pipeline of high schools. Delt hasn't passed SAE in my opinion. SAE has weird older guys but is getting better with every pledge class. Delt has weird guys and nobody really likes them but themselves

There are pretty cool guys in KA but most Fijis suck. Fiji is a damn high school club. No brotherhood at all. Lots of clicks..

Truth is Greek life at this school is not strong. All these "top" chapters would be close-to-bottom chapters at a big Greek school.
Having said that, the first 4-5 chapters in the OP's rank is as good as it gets at this school..

I have to disagree with you. The kids that rush A&M go to the same high schools as the kids who rush at Texas. Especially in the last 3-5 years. The quality of the kid at A&M is strong. Ask any top Longhorn fraternity or sorority kid - they ALL have close friends in the Greek system at A&M. They still travel together and stuff.

I think most of the guys in Fiji and KA would get a bid from the big 3 at UT. A lot of them went to the same schools and still run in the same circles.

I don't think they include Sig Ep in the top 3 anymore. Considered too " new row" for TU.

Overrated? Beta goes way back. Always has been strong at A&M and always will be. Their tailgates are huge and their alums are always there. You wouldn't know this because you probably haven't been invited to one.

Based on rep, recruitment and parties:
KA
FIJI (a bit overrated in my opinion)
Beta/Delt/SAE
These five chapters above are the "big 5."
KA usually does really well during recruitment. FIJI comes second mainly because of HS connections (it really is a HS club) and reputation with girls. Girls love pretty boys...ha
Then you have:
Sigma Chi
Sig Ep
