I'm not a theta, but just because their girl aren't the perfect Barbie dolls, and they don't go crazy every weekend doesn't mean that they're not a strong house. Look at their philanthropy. And each of their girls is so nice, I mean come on, have any of y'all ever met a mean theta??

You just defined lower tier. The same thing can be said about KD, GPhi and ADPi. Unfortunately, the rankings are based on looks and partying. Being lower tier doesn't mean Theta isn't a strong house.

I have met many Theta's and while nice to eachother, they are not as involved as other houses. And not always nice to the other houses

#5 by: Legacies can hurt
I was told the problem with Theta is their alums forcing them to accept certain legacies. They have a STRONG alumnus working behind the scenes basically telling them who they have to pick. Last year's president should have stood up to them instead of caving in.
