Pi Phi mixed up their bid lists a couple of years ago, so their PC '09 was super random...after that I think they had a hard time recruiting

Not really sure what happened to Theta, but they've definitely deteriorated since I've been on campus

I have a friend in Pi Phi who confirmed that...plus it's basically common knowledge within greek life

Theta has gone down to bottom tier & Pi Phi is in the middle. PiPhi has a mix of girls.
