Tri Delt
It almost takes connections to get into these two
If you don't get in there you choose:
Zeta if looks are really important to you
Pi phi if national/texas reputation is most important and "good" girls
Chi O same as Pi Phi
DG if looks and grades are really important and you could not get into Kappa, Tri Delta, or Zeta
Theta if you could not get into Pi Phi, or Chi O
DZ if you can't get into Zeta or Dg
The rest are a mix of what is important to them. Not as clear cut lines of trickle down

These kinds of posts are embarrassing to read because they are so inaccurate. Recruitment at A&M is NOT a trickle down thing. These types of posts are usually written by someone who is planning on going through recruitment at A&M. They think they know all about the Greek system. However, if you read closely, this post is relying on old stereo types. The people who are actually in the A&M Greek system are MUCH more supportive than this.

So many chapters got stronger this year Zeta moved into top tier, great pledge class and active on campus, DG strong pledge class, more active on campus, Chi Omega won Stompfest and hosted a very successful Songfest, DZ had a strong recruitment, ADPi has gotten some great girls this year via COB, GPhi- solid pledge class, 2nd at Stompfest, more active, AXO had a good pledge class
Greek Life is improving overall at A&M and that is a good thing. There are a few chapters that are Top Tier that need to start being more active again and not rest on your "name" and what fraternities you mix with will not hold your place for long.
