The basic tiers are right but the ranking within the tiers is incorrect.

Not accurate at all. XO is a much stronger house than AXO. TriDelt and Zeta are top tier houses. GPhi is a better house than Theta. ADPi and KD are pretty much =.

Pi Phi is better than ZTA and XO is better than DG for sure. DG isn't even close to the same level as those 2. They're top tier.
