by: UnbiasedPike deserves to be much higher on every list I see, they've had 2 great years and took a top tier pledge class this fall. Definitely upper middle or even upper tier.

Keep in mind that Pike was only rechartered 6-7 years ago and has already grown to a size similar to chapters like Sigma Chi and Beta (greekrush app) without an established fraternity house. Pike doesn't really need to compete for a majority of their rushees because they recruit mostly men's org/FLO types or quality guys that aren't deadset on rushing. They got a quality Fall pledge class and even though it was smaller they have a much better retention ratio for pledges than other chapters. That being said, they aren't upper tier yet and won't be until they can compete with SAE/Delt for rushees.

Sigma Chi and Beta are for sure bigger chapters than Pike, and Pike does have a house

No, they have been getting slightly better and more popular with girls but still have the same kind of meh guys. Some are cute and really fun but the majority of their chapter just is average. I’ve heard of a lot of frat PNMs that have been cut by other/better chapters that end up going Pike....Still a middle tier here.
