This. Most of the people that do the Corps is because they couldn't get into A&M by merit alone or are freakin peasants that didn't want to take out a loan or get grants.

Corps =/= Military

The corp is definitely what this school was founded on. It used to be solely corpsman! They are a little (or a lot) nerdy here, but I would not judge someone on that. They just have to build up rank, and once they get to be seniors they not only get Aggie rings, but those bad ass boots! Regardless of their popularity, I am proud to call myself an Aggie because of the corpsman on campus, it's unlike any other school, and people seem to forget that!
