Look at the TAMU Greek Life page under chapters with sanctions. It says they are on conduct probation until May.

I couldn't believe it, so I checked the website myself. Yup, Delta Delta Delta is under "Organization Conduct Probation" until May 18, 2018. Scroll down to "Chapters with Sanctions." What liars to deny it.
