Hey guys!! I know this is early but I'm seriously considering spring rush as a freshman engineer, was wondering which ones I should pursue that would help with my major and ones that won't or if all are, thanks !!

if you want an org to help with your major, try ACE - all the frats all have engineering majors so it doesn't matter

Phi Psi is full of engineers! They are new so their pledge process isn't very time consuming and they are always a great time

Just join a fraternity. Many of the houses have GPAs higher than average. If the fraternity is worth it’s salt and you stay organized, you should be fine for ETAM. From my experience, most people that decide to spring rush because of grades end up feeling like they missed out by not doing the fall.

A lot of my friends had higher GPAs after rushing too, so just a thought.

The bigger fraternities will always have plenty of kids in your pc and in the chapter as a whole that will be in engineering and may even be trying to follow the same path as you. My roomates became best friends during pledgeship bc they were both civil engineering and had the same classes.
