get a grip
by: GeorgiaPeachIt's sad seeing everyone bash other houses. A top tier sorority at A&M would be bottom tier at UT or any other school in the SEC--quit thinking you're better than anyone else. No wonder A&M has a weak greek system--clearly you need to work on your class

Is crazy! The three best school in Texas are Rice, A and M and UT. It is harder to get on those colleges than most in other states. Rice does not have a Greek system that leaves UT and A and M. UT is an older system but not better. The quality of the sororities keeps getting better at A and M.
#5 by: Why is
someone who is not even in Texas worried about A and M? I am not going to try to comment on the quality of other sororities at other schools, but your comments are bogus. UT does have a great Greek group, but there are huge number of people there who would never consider joining a sorority. The same at A and M. That has nothing to do with the quality of girls who go through recruitment. Over the years, A and M has changed and more people going here are interested in joining a sorority. I think it is somewhat harder for fraternities. The are many long established and great men's organizations.

A&M is an excellent school but most of the best students don't go greek so the greek system isn't as strong as it could be. Hopefully this will change.
