This site is not accurate at all, AXO, ZETA, Tri-delt, and DG are the top houses for sororities and 3 out of the four of them are out of the top 6.
On the freaternity side, how the hell are sigep and pike so high up with delt, beta, and sigma chi so low. Also no way KA is top house with all the trouble they've been in recently.

You must be new here. AXO is not even top 5. They had a good rush but most would put them in the #7 or #8 spot.
As for fraternities Delt and Beta are lower than they should be just because Pike and Sigma Chi have self ranked themselves over them. Just switch Delt/Beta and Pike/Sigma Chi and it's pretty accurate. Sig Ep has always been in the top 5 or so here

I just finished rush as a PNM, and I will say this feels very accurate to me. I have a cousin who was Greek here a decade ago and the "old top 5" is not 2016. It doesn't matter how things have been in the past, that's who keeps trying to propagate it. This list reflects the buzz, who was wanted most, and who is able to best recruit.

XO was only in "top" contention 15+ years ago.
It was DDD?KKG/ZTA about 2 years ago. Currently it's like DDD/KKG undisputed at the top now, some people say ZTA should be lower, so they're on a mini tier, and then DG and XO below that. Pi Phi of 4 years ago was probably on same level as DG and XO. Now it's more like Pi Phi/AXO/Theta below the DG/XO tier.

I don't think many people consider KKG/DDD the "undisputed top." Actually it's very much the opposite. Everyone would consider them in the top 6 or so but the general trend and consensus is that both have sunk a lot and aren't really "above" the other top tiers anymore. Especially Kappa

I'm too old to be on this site, but Theta was NEVER too here. ChiO-Kappa-Tri Delt were always top for one group of PNM's and then Zeta was top for another group, with very little cross-rushing between the two top groups.

A long long time ago, KKG/DDD/XO were the top houses here, with Kappa being seen as the best of the best. PiPhi and Theta were also considered top by some, but not "on the same level." ZTA/DG/AXO were the pretty, social, mid tier sororities, with Zeta leading the pack. DZ, KD, GPB, and ADP were always bottom 4. (DZ used to lead the bottom tier, now that notion seems to be gone).
The only things that's really changed is that ZTA/DG/AXO have risen and PiPhi/Theta have declined. It could also be argued that KKG/DDD/XO have fallen off a bit simply because most people would now consider them equals with ZTA/DG, though I would personally say that KKG/DDD/XO are still just as good it's just that ZTA/DG have caught up.
The top frats have always been KA/Fiji. But just like right now, they don't appeal to everyone. The next 4 "good" frats have always been SAE/SigEp/Delt/Beta, just in a different order basically based on who's been in and out of trouble recently. Generally the ones in the lead get lumped into the top tier and the ones behind get lumped into upper mid. Sigma Chi and Pike have been trying to gain recognition for pretty much all their history and have always been considered the runts: relevant enough that girls know who they are but not enough to be considered in the same ball game as the "top 6." Not much has changed

Just because the old guard doesn't want to give up their status on Greek rank, doesn't make what they say true. The fact is AXO had the best return rates in all of rush. Ranks change and the fact that Zeta and Kappa lost some of their top pics to AXO speaks volumes.

AXO gets girls with questionable reputations because ZTA/KKG/DDD cuts them. So yes they're "cute" but they have a QR & are only going AXO because top houses cut them

Omg axo.... Nooooo. You' never have been and never will be top. PLEASE enlighten me what your return rates were because I can guarantee you they were not the highest. And HA you did not take some of other houses' "top" girls. Honey getting ONE girl you wanted doesn't mean you had a good rush. Literally just one lol. To be top you have to be desired by all PNMs , and sorry but you're not.

Just off that phrase alone I'd say it was probably written by a guy not a sorority girl. Doesn't make it any less true though

The old top 5? The old top was only 4 - XO, KKG, Theta, DDD
Past few years it is DDD, KKG, XO, ZTA, DG
