question about zta

I'm from Fallas area and was wondering why ZTA does not have chapters at SMU and OU?

Struggled at SMU to remain open and had to close. Don't know about OU

It came out that ZTA was involved with football recruiting during the investigation into SMU football, the chapter was quickly closed

I assume you're from Dallas, not Fallas?

Zeta was at SMU until around the time of the football death penalty in the early 1990's. They were a very good house, but allegedly were involved in the death penalty punishment for their involvement with the football team.

No clue about OU.

OU ZTA closed because they were not competitive, and could not make quota. SMU ZTA was involved in the football scandal as girls were used as escorts during football official visits for new recruits

I think OU's zeta chapter was put on suspension for hazing issues.

All there chapters in Texas all they are known for is being the hot, cheap girls from the suburbs. My sister is a DG at Texas and they look down on ZTA.

You know at Texas, Zeta is ranked by pretty much everyone higher than DG right? They have a pretty girl rep, but they're not dumb. No one who goes to UT is really dumb. Zeta and DDD are the top choices for girls who go to UT who don't already have huge camp and school connections.

Zeta's top at TCU as well. And that's like a top 3 Greek school in Texas.

all the sororities at ut look down on zta, they get the girls who want to be top tier - but don't have the reputation and class to be. dg is smarter and classier at ut, just not as pretty. so many classier options to pledge at every texas school than zta.
