fraternity tier movement

It's rumored that Kappa Sig just got a new house. Will this move them up to middle tier?

I don't think it's a rumor cause they changed their address on their website. I also don't think their new house is built yet since from google maps it looks like they bought an empty plot of land. So they might not even have a house until next year.
The house helps when it comes to rankings but it isn't a big deal (e.g. look at KA and SX). Plus we don't even know what Kappa Sig's new house looks like. All we can say is thank god it's not that double wide trailer house on the side of the highway anymore.
