how is phi delt here

Phi Delt is almost sorta irrelevant here. Like they've been around as long as the higher ranked fraternities but you wouldn't be able to guess it. They're a small chapter and you don't really ever hear anything about them. Most of the guys who join either didn't really know what was going on during rush or already had a personal connection but they still have cool guys and I think a strong brotherhood.
I'm not a girl but if I had to give an honest ranking,I'd say Phi Delt is lower tier. They just don't really compete with the higher tiers. In Texas, Phi Delt is only top at Tech.

They're a pretty small chapter but they're growing quickly. They are a nice group of guys who have a good time but it may take some time for them to be as popular as some bigger fraternities. They do have a really strong brotherhood compared to other fraternities since they are smaller.
