I wouldn't exactly put Pi Phi and Theta the same at all, but other than that, I pretty much agree with the way OP put things.

I think Pi Phi is above AXO and Theta which are pretty equal just very different. In my opinion right this second DG is a tiny bit above Pi Phi but not enough to where a single good year couldn't flip that. Honestly, I think a year ago Pi Phi was a little ahead of DG.

Both are ahead of Theta and Chi O is ahead of both of them in my opinion.

In the past, I would have said Tri Delt/Kappa/Zeta were about the same tier, and DG/XO/Pi Phi were of a similar tier. And that these two sets of 3 were super distinct. But now, I'd say that DG and XO are pulling ahead. Pi Phi is still firmly ahead of AXO/Theta though.

This site likes to write a lot about Zeta, but personally I think that they're still top tier. And DG/XO are exactly the same if you ignore the backgrounds and look at the girls themselves.

I don't know if I'd consider GPB and KD middle tier, but at the same time I agree with the fact that they are both quite higher than DZ and ADPi.

for some reason they are trying to force a "lower middle tier" when in reality they are as irrelevant as the bottom 4. when it comes to the bottom 4 there is no use in ranking them.
