girls: which frat would you join?

KA or Sig Ep. If I didn't get in for whatever reason then maybe Delt. Wouldn't be interested in any of the others

I'd say Sig Ep is my favorite fraternity right now. Guys are social but also well rounded and not as crazy as SAE. KA and SAE are good too, but KA is getting more redneck (not in a good way) and SAE is maybe too much party for my taste. Delt is sort of like SAE too, as is Sigma Chi.

I agree with the first post. KA or Sig Ep if possible, Delt as a fall back. SAE and Fiji are considered top tier but Fiji is boring and way too girly/snobby, and while SAE throws some pretty great parties I wouldn't want my main friend group to be a bunch of SAEs tbh...

Defenitly Phi Delt and if you can't get in there then go farm house or Sammy.

ready for the haters but i would rush beta or sig ep. beta gets a lot of hate for not throwing big parties but tbh their brotherhood is good because they hang out with each other and a small group of chi o, tri delt, and pi phi groupies. sig ep is solid too

-KA and Fiji are unanimously top houses. SAE and SigEp are widely considered top tier but some people put them lower than KA/Fiji. Delt and Beta aren't top tier but most consider them respectable mid tiers to be a part of.

By parties:
SAE
KA/SigEp
Delt/Sigma Chi
-SAE throws the biggest parties. KA and SigEp are close seconds when it comes to how fun their parties are. Delt doesn't throw many parties and their average parties don't come close to the others, but once a semester they throw a blowout that's just as good as SAE/SigEp/KAs biggest ones. Sigma Chi despite being unpopular throws a lot of fun parties, but they're full of randos

By girls:
KA
SAE/SigEp
Delt/Fiji
-KA is indisputably the most popular with girls. SAE and SigEp are also really big hits. SigEp seems to be the guys girls hang out with for the parties and hook ups but then end up actually dating. Whereas SAE seems to be the guys girls hang out with purely for partying/hooking up. Delt is honestly just as popular as SAE or SigEp as far as how many girls come around, but I feel like they're usually the girls the other frats didn't prioritize hanging out with; like it's been said before on this site, they take the rebounds. Fiji is nowhere near as popular as the rest but all the girls they hang with are sorority girls in top houses

Sig Ep would be my first choice. KA is also really cool but they don't do much and are always in trouble. Maybe SAE but that has to be your type of crowd. All the others either suck or are completely overrated
