If you're wearing your letters to class, you should look good. If you can't put in the effort, don't wear your letters!!

my chapter including a few others that my friends are in, I know for a fact all encourage their girls to make sure they are looking their best if wearing their letters. I think any girl would want to follow this guideline because you are representing your sorority and want to look respectable! If you're hungover, no make up and stayed up all night, wearing a random shirt is probably better than your big letters on your bright shirt as you are walking pass hundreds of people on campus.

Basically zetas straighten their hair and put on liquid eyeliner for class. No one else cares

I don't think any sorority here would actually fine you for looking sloppy in your letters, but there is an expectation to look decent in your letters.

If you have your hair in a messy bun because you had to pull an all-nighter or you went out the night before, at least have the sense to wash off last night's makeup even if you don't apply a fresh coat that morning.

No one expects you to look like an instagram model on a day-to-day basis, but at least keep yourself looking presentable to your professors and peers. You're representing something larger than yourself.

I have no clue what these people are talking about. Hands down have seen EVERY single sorority look like crap in their letters....but alright.
