Tri-Delt and Chi O
Kappa, Zeta, and DG
Pi Phi and Theta
Alpha Chi O
KD and DZ
ADPI
Gamma Phi

I'd say the first 3 are top tier, next two are solid high-middle, then a BIG gap and ADPi and another big gap Gamma Phi B

Member quality I would agree but popularity I think there may as well be no distinction between the top row of top tier and the second one. They're hard to compare to each other since some focus more on involvement/grades/connections and others on fraternity relations/partying/looks

I would make KAT a little better than AXO and PiPhi

I also think KD is a better house than DZ. they have their own mini tier above the "bottom" which I think is DZ ADPi and then GPhi

KD is on the same level with DZ, ADPI, and Gamma Phi

I'm not a KD but thanks :'). KD is full of nice girls who don't spend all their time partying so I personally think they're better than DZ (crazy party girls), GPhi (huge dropout rate/also wild), and ADPi

If you don't consider Zeta a top house you either have no grasp on A&M Greek life or you're a DDD/KKG who feels threatened. And DG isn't quite the same level as the top 3 but they're just as good as XO, the only other top tier contender, if not better
