They are a great house!! All of them are!! The girls are very sweet and they have great sisterhood. They are pretty, well rounded and very involved. Good luck in recruitment!!

Through recruitment before you make any decisions! All the houses are great at A&M, so you really can't go wrong. Trust the system and go where you belong. Ignore negatives.

Keep in mind this website is NOT real life. Almost all sorority girls have friends in many chapters. Gamma Phi is a great chapter here- if chapters are making quota every year, then they are doing well. The sorority experience is largely the same in every house- Bid Day, bigs & littles, date parties, the chance to live in the house, making lifelong friends, participating in Greek events, etc.

Get to know Gamma Phi for yourself and make your own decision about what houses feel like home to you. And for the love of God, stay off this website until rush is over.

The only reason they are "ranked lower" is they are newer. They have been here about 12 years.

I haven't heard any rumors of Gamma Phi Beta.. They're honestly sweet and classy girls, but you should always rush everybody!

I have friends in it and they love is but it is not respected here and they had like a dozen girls drop out of their last PC if that tells you anything...

Definitely definitely wait until recruitment. When I went through, I loved their house. The girls were really sweet, and I felt a good connection with them. I ended up not going GPhi for other reasons, but please don't let this website deter you from any house. Make your own decision not influenced by what you think is a "good" house. Pick a good house for you!
