sigma phi omega

Hi, I'm going to be a freshmen in the upcoming fall and I've been bombarded with messages on Facebook by members of the sorority Sigma Phi Omega. They've been trying to ask me information about me and asking if I needed a tour of campus during my NSC or Gig'em week. I was wondering what y'all think of them? Are they legit?

they're nice at first. that is how they draw you in.
they will make you do stupid things once you start pledging that wont benefit your mental and emotional health.
you're better off making friends in a club.
