am i too old to rush?

I'm 22 and moving to college station after seperating from the Army. I have 4 semesters until I get my degree but am considering rushing to meet people. Anyone have an experience they'd like to share?

I rushed two years ago and there were guys 3 years older than me in my PC. I am in a "top tier" fraternity and theres no difference between me and the older dudes. Go for it. Being a vet would be a boon to any pc.

Also a guy in what most would consider a top tier fraternity. I've seen a couple pledge classes come through just fine with a guy your age in them, and a lot of guys will see a lot of value in pledging a veteran and having him in the chapter. As long as you're cool and get along with the guys, you shouldn't have any trouble

Not at all man. Especially if you explain to the brothers why you're a little older. I was in a similar situation and rushed as a 21 year old sophomore and got multiple bids. Best of luck.

Also in one of the frequently viewed top tiers.. I wouldn't worry about your age. As long as you seem like you fit in, you'll be fine. Not sure if you're considering joining the corps, but we've never given someone from the corps a bid.. just something to keep in mind, may not apply to you
