They're probably respected and relevant to the people involved in them, but they run in an entirely different circle than NPC sororities/IFC fraternities. Your question is like asking if a soccer team is relevant or respected by the NFL. It's not that they're irrelevant or disrespected, there's just no affiliation between the two
