Which fraternities have legit greek houses, and which fraternities have land?

SAE Sigma Chi and Sigma Nu have legit houses. Sig Ep has a legit house and land. Delt has like a sort-of legit house and land. Fiji has land. Everyone else doesn't have much at all

There's also the pi kapp house. Relevant only in location

SAE and Sig Ep are the only good fraternities with legit houses. Maybe Sigma Chi if you're willing to stoop that low
