which sororities focus more on academics?

All of them have pretty strict academic focuses/requirements.

Tri Delt, XO, and Theta typically come out on top for grades and are probably the most academically oriented over being social of the bunch

If you're given a bid to any of the sororities, you have to keep your GPA up. It's a requirement. You will see ladies in every major in every sorority. Some girls naturally focus more on their studies vs the social scene. Some do the opposite and most find a decent balance.

Theta definitely is the sorority for girls who want to study, be involved on-campus, study their religion, but also not feel pressure to party and be socially popular. It's like a sorority for people who have conservative parents or don't want to go all out with the party scene. They kind of have a reputation for pressuring their girls to have good grades.

Pi Phi is more social, but they definitely have their shy/nice girls image. They were tops in GPA last semester, and they've always done well each semester. These girls are always seen as pretty nice and chill.

Chi O does get good grades, but they are not chill at all. They're like a much snobbier version of Theta. They do get social, but only amongst the "right" guys. These girls definitely do party, but they hide it better because they don't do it at the giant frat parties.

Tri Delt has also always had good grades, but they're our top sorority, so girls here will not only be studious, but pretty, popular, and social as well.
