TOP: Kappa, tri delt, DG, ZTA (top tier usually depends on who you ask, but regardless these house will be listed
TOP MIDDLE: Chi O (could be interchanged with ZTA or DG for top spot depending on who you ask as well, almost a top top house)
Opinions will very, but the 5 houses listed above are the top, with the top 3 depending on who you ask really
Top Middle: Theta
Middle: AXO Pi Phi (both very opposite but solid middle houses)
TOP BOTTOM: Delta Zeta
Middle bottom: Gamma Phi KD
BOTTOM: A di Pi
If you're not being nit picky or too argumentative, most will agree this is pretty accurate

Pretty much no one agrees that Theta is above AXO or Pi Phi. Both Pi Phi and Theta take studious girls (Pi Phi had highest GPAs last semester) but they are more sociable, so they would be strictly better.
If anything, Tri Delt and Kappa are in the top spots - in all the rankings, these two are always in the top.
"Almost top" would be Zeta, XO, and DG. Names everyone knows and respects, but not universally accepted as top.
