interested in rushing

I'm interested in joining Greek life this fall but the only thing making me hesitate is how much it's going to cost me. Neither of my parents were Greek and I don't think they'll be down to just fork over all the money for my dues so I'll have to use my personal savings. Just wondering if any of you had the same worries before rushing and if it was all worth it in the end. Thanks y'all

I totally think it's worth it. I work in the summer and some holidays to pay for my dues and spending money.

PLEASE DON'T accept a bid if you are not serious about being able to pay though, as you will be taking a spot that someone else really wants.

Thanks and yeah I definitely won't unless I have a plan to actually pay. Just out of curiousity do most chapters make you pay the semester dues all at once or throughout the semester
