Are you from Houston? If not, you are NOT gonna get a bid. Makes extremely empty promises during rush. They will tell u how they read to their kids once a week. Reality is that I have heard Kappas complain frequently about having to go ONE HOUR a semester to volunteer. This is a mess of a chapter with no organization or leadership opportunities. This is seen as a top chapter. Well it is not one I'd want to be apart of because they get wasted and are DTF any boy who gives their average looks attention. They have no pride in their chapter at all and honestly who is to blame them? They have nothing to take pride in.

Their "top tier" status is in their name. Literally nothing special here at all. Fake and full of random girls... no campus presence and like never posting pics or anything...pretty out of the loop

This is a top house if not the best. Girls from many backgrounds come together to be a cohesive unit in this house. Fun girls that know how to have a good time, but are also involved on campus with other orgs. Everyone wants to be invited back to this house during rush.
