I don't know why people think Chi O is that great. All they participate in is Songfest (which they sponsor). The girls don't know how to hold a conversations and I have never met a welcoming one. The encounters I have had with Chi O did not leave great impressions. They only care about their personal improvement and not as a whole. That is why they are going no where.
