Chi Omega - ΧΩ Sorority Ratings at TAMU

Chi O has a great group of girls. They are involved on campus and everyone always loves Songfest every year. Really well rounded overall. Not usually caught up in the drama that a lot of other houses get into, and are highly sought after during recruitment. I think the girls are genuinely happy to be Chi Os, and showed that during recruitment.

This is a hard one to rank because girls in this sorority are very split. Most are very sweet Christian girls who are smart and keep to themselves. The remainder are some of the most cut throat, least sisterhood girls you will meet. These “party girls” will try to trick you into thinking they are cool during rush but in reality they are not talked about highly by any of the top frats. They are the girls that do anything to have frat boys pick them and it’s not a secret. They also fight with each other constantly. They even had a full cat fight break out for recruitment captain this year. Don’t be fooled this is not a top sorority. If you’re looking to be top you want tri delt or kappa.

Chi O overall has an awesome reputation. Known for being well-rounded, high-achieving, SWEET, classy, and genuine girls! I’ve heard so many guys refer to Chi O as the “wife material” house. Mainly hangs out with AMC, BCA, Beta, Fiji, and KA but will find girls who hang out with every org. Consistently has the highest grades and is super involved with their philanthropies (hosts songfest- the biggest philanthropy event on campus every year). Beware though… most people get cut the first round of recruitment!

I used to be roommates with a chi o. Some stay in and some go out. But whether they are interested in the party scene or not, their entire chapter is friends. I honestly think this chapter doesn't get enough credit. Very similar to Delta Gamma in a way.

Chi O's are honestly really cool. They have really been climbing up for the past 2 or 3 years. The ones I have met are fun to hang out with, easy to talk to, and really smart. Plus songfest is always fun.

Great girls, always! Beautiful, friendly, and the heart-shaped faces are to die for. I loved the chi-o's Through all time!

The nicest girls. Definitely more of a churchy kinda vibe but they’ve always been like that along with tri delt. Usually think Greek life it bad but they seem to be genuine.

I’ve met some of the new PNM’s this year and they were actually pretty nice. Chi O has always been a top house (usually in the middle or lower top houses) since I’ve been here and I don’t think they’re going down hill. The girls I met two years ago… maybe not as nice but I think this will be a good year. Plus songfest is fun. Always either Christian or go out type. Don’t see them with a ton of different frats, mostly KA’s and Beta, maybe they’ll branch out this year. We will see

I live next door to a group of Chi O. You should hear how negative they are about their own chapter. Ok Sunday night they had new members over at their house. They kept saying you cant tell on us. You can drink here. You cant tell that we “dirty rushed you” If you don’t want people to know DONT say it out loud where others can hear it! When your drinking you are loud. I wonder what those new girls are thinking! So sad’
