Maybe if you'd check your facts and you'd know that ADPi has completely remodeled their house this summer. I don't think a chapter who's about to lose their house pours thousands of dollars into it.

Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 5.0 to below - there is no way a member of any of our sororities at A&M is leaving negative comments on other org's rankings. The Aggie Greek community is unified and wanting all chapters to succeed. This chapter is working hard and rising once again with a great sisterhood. The negative comments you see are more than likely from GDIs that want to stir up crap and make the Greek Community look bad. Aggie Greeks are getting stronger every year and A&M non-Greeks are starting to feel the heat.

Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 1.8 There are two types of ADPi girls. The girls who think they are cool and are going to make ADPi better and the girls they just accept because they want to meet quota. Some of these girls are just plain rude. They only look out for themselves and constantly put other people down in their own sorority. There is a complete lack of sisterhood and are clearly rank the worst in almost all of the categories. Their grades are consistently the lowest out of all sororities.
