Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 4.0 Best parties on campus by far. I love going to their events and always have a good time. As far as the guys themselves go, they're probably my 2nd favorite besides KA. Definitely in the top 3

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 3.2 They throw great parties and have an incredible presence on the social scene. That being said, I really haven't met any SAEs who I would say are exactly model characters

This top tier/middle tier debate is freakin' annoying, can someone elaborate a little on what determines the tier a fraternity is placed in? Who cares. Me personally, I think they're one of the top ones at A&M.

They're known for having the best house on campus and the biggest parties, but their guys are known for being somewhat douchey. SAE is essentially what the stereotypical "top house" looks like

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 3.6 Probably the most stereotypical "frat" on campus. Awesome house, great parties, good looking guys. They might not have the money of chapters like KA/Fiji but SAE dominance runs strong on this campus and has been doing so for a long time
