They're improving, but given that they were pretty much a bottom house before, that doesn't take much. No reason for them to be this high, give it a break. Maybe starting to rise to the same level as Kappa Sig and Sigma Nu

If you really think self ranking while simultaneously posting negative ranks on Beta, Delt and Pike is going to finally get you out of the bottom tier you're psychotic. Self rank all you want but keep fraternities above you out of it, just makes yall look desperate...

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 2.8 probably top of the bottom tier, not well respected or liked by most fraternities or sororities. Have a decent house on sorority row, not bad guys just kind of awkward and socially irrelevant.
