Don't see much wrong with them other than their house. however i'd put them on the same level as pike but above sigma nu and pi kap

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Texas A&M University College Station - TAMU 4.6 Honestly really a good group of guys. Kinda been quiet lately since they're on probation but they have some good parties when they can throw them. Decent sorority relations but could be better. I'd say they're better than this website says but still lower middle tier
