Parties are kinda lame, house is all the way out in the boonies, wish it was on frat row but 2 of the worse chapters here are there as well.

I don’t know what the comments below are talking about. I love these guys. They’re sweet boys and me and my friends feel safe at their parties. They don’t have anything bad to their name like many other frats here.

At first I thought Delt was cool and enjoyed their parties but the more I went to them the more douchey and creepy the guys were. It seems people go to their party for a lil bit then leave and go to something else.

They do have some cute guys I admit. But mostly very creepy and weird guys who you can just tell are Incels! It's sad to see how downhill they've gone after being top house for so long! Oh well at least we still have awesome SAE

these guys are weak and sorority girls of other PC's refer to them as a very popular homophobic slur that i won't say on here (for fear of being chastised) they will try to fight everyone but then get knocked out and suffer from brain damage

This by far is the best fraternity on campus and it keeps getting better every year. Their fall 2019 pc is absolutely amazing. They are the most respectful fraternity on campus and they also have the best time. I cannot say enough good things about delt, they are top house without a doubt and they’re just going to keep getting better. I cannot wait for the rest of their events this year!

I’ve been to the past couple pledge class parties and their new PC is so nice and fun! I haven’t met many of the older guys yet, but they definitely are my favorite PC ‘19 out of all the fraternities!
