It's true that they don't have a house and they messed up pretty bad on their last pledge class, but for the most part Beta is a great fraternity. Definitely in the top 5. They get a lot of wealthy, classy guys who actually know how to act like gentlemen. Basically, the guys who would've gone Fiji but wanted to branch out instead of hanging with the same high school friends. Has good connections with KKG, and they formed from the "Aggie Cowboys" so they've got a country flare

Does not belong in the top five. Definitely not above Delt. No house, no parties, period. I mean come on, they're the equivalent of Old Army with Greek Letters

They're not a bad group of guys...but I mean, come on, they don't even have a house. They have like no big parties, and their rush always sucks. Their biggest party this semester was a complete and total failure, and they only retained 3 out of the 7 or 8 guys they bidded. That's just embarassing

Not a bad fraternity. But not top tier and honestly not in the top 5. Historically, they've managed to get a lot of wealthy guys and instill a lot of class into them. But their recent pledge classes have been far from gentlemen and the chapter has gone downhill immensely. Still has no house (I'm sorry but a barn in the middle of nowhere doesn't count) and throws no big parties. Aren't socially involved and never talked about on campus. Below KA and Fiji, arguably below Delt SigEp and SAE as well
