Most girls in this house are extremely hot, fun and involved. They are the social girls out on the town but they don't have to let it be known they are axos because they are confident. everyone knows who they are

This is definitely a top house and anyone that says otherwise is just jealous. Every normal person knows top 5 houses at aTm are Pi Phi, Kappa, TriDelt, ChiO, and Theta. They all mix with the best fraternities and mens organizations, have the best/most well known philanthropy events, and coolest parties...it's SO obvious.

Farmhouse is definitely not a top fraternity but they are a lot of fun! We see girls there from all different chapters. They are not the most fratty boys but they are the nicest and most gentlemanly and make some pretty awesome friends.
