This frat has been going down hill quickly ever since they “left” campus. Lots of cliques and fighting within the brotherhood. Used to be the best at intramurals but they haven’t been the same since. They still party a lot at the bar. Watch your drinks around some of them tho.

The only fraternity on campus that seems to care at all. They’ve had the highest GPA for like 2 years or something now, they’re the only fraternity that puts out rush videos, they dominate in intramurals, and they’re the biggest fraternity on campus. Not much else needs to be said. Top tier house.
