I like Delta Sig a lot! Their guys seem to be very nice, and are extremely easy to talk to. They're very involved on campus but are the newest of the fraternities on campus so they tend to get a bad rep because of it.

Dope guys. Pretty selective but they still manage to get solid pledge classes for the most part. A house would definitely be key in solidifying their rank as top tier alongside KA.
