is dg good?

They are not top here, but they have a solid amount of gorgeous girls and they exchange with the best fraternities, so I would say over all they are middle tier.

My freshman year roommate is a DG and I've been able to meet so many and live then all. From what I can figure and what is on the Greek website....Good grades usually in the top three to five of the 11 npc groups. Very involved with their philanthropy. Awesome sisterhood, won sisterhood award the past two years at order of omega awards. Lots of members involved on campus and greek life (current sga Vice President, gbod leaders, Greek ambassadors, LSU ambassadors, etc..). All around sweet girls, not top tier but they don't care about that they are happy where they are which is solid middle tier (and don't let this website say otherwise). DGs don't come on here and talk bad about others or try to defend themselves. I'm actually jealous of how close my roommate is to her DG sisters, but they don't exclude others, always made me feel welcomed.

DGs are just very irrelevant here. None of them are very cute and a lot of fraternities don't care for them for that reason. They are bottom tier and they aren't really showing any progress. A lot of nice girls, but thats about all they have going for them.

I'd rather be mean spirited than a DG!

The things they lack are the superficial aspects that make sororities top tier. They aren't full of drop dead gorgeous girls, but they have beautiful and cute members. The girls from the best schools don't pledge there, but they get a lot of solid girls from in-state and great OOS students. They have great grades and are very involved. Their social life could improve, but their sisterhood is top notch. I think they are a solid middle house.
