How competitive is rush at LSU? Im a 22 year old second semester freshman transfer, and wanna rush. I have a 3.6 GPA.
Do I need recs?+ Is it super competitive?

You're 22? WTF? Sorry, but there is a very low chance ANY sorority would take you. You also need to ask yourself why you even want to be in a sorority, because you would be in a pledge class of all 18 year old girls who are at a totally different place in life than you. Recs and a good GPA won't help, my advice would be to find some organization for transfer students or non-traditional students and get involved with that instead.

Excuse you, but that was literally the rudest thing I have ever read. If I were this girl, I wouldn't want to be a part of greek life because the way that you just represented it was awful.

Rush is very competitive, no matter your age and yes you will need recs. Please do not listen to rude people on here. I honestly care more about someones personality than their age. I think a lot of girls in my chapter and the other chapters on LSU's campus would agree with me. I am sorry that people want to be ass holes and represent LSU's greek life in such a rude way, but I hope you do not listen to that.
