Here at PSU are some of the top tier fraternities that are great
Sammy (Sigma Alpha Mu)
Lambda
D Sig
TKE
ATO
SAE
Beta Sig
D Chi

...considering ATO is coming on campus in a year. Also, if you're serious about this I would probably pick a fraternity with a stronger national presence.
