Wrong. Only in parts of the south are there the mindsets that just certain chapters can be the best. It's laughable. There isn't one group who is stellar at every school across the nation. It's statistically impossible. You can't even compare school to school due to differences.

What are you talking about? Theta is terrible at loads of schools. They might be good at some midwest schools but they aren't good at most places.

Tri Delt should be lower than Chi O and KD. They use to be better in previous years, so I guess you can say they're on the "decline". Phi Mu and DZ are catching up to the "Top Houses". I'd put Tri Delt somewhere slightly below or in the same category as Phi Mu and DZ.
