phi mu vs dz?

I know Phi Mu and DZ get put on the same tier a lot, I was wondering how they differ? Or why they are interchangeable because they seem like completely different kinds of girls?

Phi Mu is filled with more genuine girls.

Phi Mu excels in grades, where DZ excels in philanthropy. Phi Mu has girls that are pretty but more uptight where DZ has girls that are pretty but party more. They kind of weigh each other out. Both are great sororities!
