spring rush for sororities?

Hey y'all! At first I was't really interested in the sorority life, but after being exposed to it I want to be part of it so bad! I want to rush in spring so I was wondering if all sororities take place in spring recruitment? And is it harder to get into the sorority in spring? Or should I wait until next fall to rush in the formal recruitment? I'm a freshman this year btw.

only a few sororities participate in spring rush. You may want to consider waiting until Fall. Plus in the Fall 2016, there will be an additional sorority, ADPi. So more possibilities.

Try it and see. Every sorority at one time or another has participated in informal rush so don't let anyone tell you it's embarrassing or uncool. Nationals want those spots filled, too. It is much quieter but it could just work for you plus you'll get that extra semester with your sisters! GOOD LUCK!!!!
