what do these mean?

Don't know much about the fraternities at LSU, so have looked at the Greek Life website and saw the following and wondered what these things mean for the chapters:
Lambda Chi Alpha– Letter of University Reprimand through August 31, 2015. Chapter Enhancement Plan in place.
Sigma Phi Epsilon– Letter of University Reprimand through September 15, 2015. Chapter Enhancement Plan in place.
Sigma Nu– Letter of University Reprimand through December 1, 2015. Chapter Enhancement
Plan in place.
Theta Xi– Letter of University Reprimand through December 1, 2015. Chapter Enhancement Plan in place.
Alpha Phi Alpha– Letter of University Reprimand through May 30, 2016. Chapter Enhancement Plan in place.
Pi Kappa Phi– University Probation through May 30, 2016. Letter of University Reprimand through December 31, 2016. Chapter Enhancement Plan in place.
Kappa Sigma–Letter of University Reprimand through May 31, 2016. Chapter Enhancement Plan in place.

Can these fraternities still have social events? What did they do to get these reprimands? Big things or little things?

I read a little further and see that the reprimand does not include any loss of privileges, but still wonder what they did to get the reprimand, seems like some very strong chapters on the list.
