Okay first off let it be known that Delta Zeta's RUN this site. They are consistently on it up ranking themselves and they are NOT top tier.
Anyone who is in greek life at LSU will agree with these rankings. They are in order specifically from top to bottom.

TOP:
1) KD
2) Tri Delt
3) Chi O

UPPER MIDDLE:
4) Phi Mu
5) Delta Zeta

LOWER MIDDLE:
6) Kappa
7) Pi Beta Phi
8) Delta Gamma

BOTTOM:
9) Zeta
10) Alpha Phi
11) Theta

Except I have always thought the top three are interchangeable. They are all #1

Tri Delt is not above Chi O. They shouldn't even be considered top tier anymore.
Alpha phi is not above theta

I personally think that DG has moved down a tier and I think a lot of other people would agree with me too but that's just my opinion.
