Honestly, majority of girls get bids on bid day if they trust the system. I know Zeta, Theta, and Alpha Phi had a couple of minorities in their most recent pledge class. But top tier sororities very rarely take minority pledges. It also depends on what you consider a minority. I know for a fact two top two sororities at LSU (KD and XO) do not have a any african american girls in their class and haven't for a while.

Kd pledged an African American from Houston two or three years ago. Tri delt, phi mu, dg also have diverse members or have had in the past as well. Honestly think most groups are open to diversity and really want the best women. If a group hasnt embraced a diverse sisterhood it is probably more of an issue with their alums.
