What makes them worse than AGR and Fiji? I've heard those three are all about equal

AGR is very good but just different than every other fraternity. Fiji's parties are a million times better than Pike's.

Well i know a bunch of guys from each one and AGR is different I'll give you that but take a random Fiji and Pike and they are pretty damn similar.

Putting Pi Kapp ahead of sigma chi and then putting theta chi ahead of lambda and phi psi. This may be the worst ranking I have ever seen on this website.

what is a ΘΞ. Honestly though, KA and ΣΧ are total shells of themselves right now. They're in huge trouble/missing lots of members and living on name alone. I could actually go for this because there may be some truth to it at this point in time.

some ΘΞ with a hard-on for bashing Pi Kapp writes almost all of these, and then he just down votes everyone repeatedly.

Correct ranking as of right now. Kappa Sig and Sigma Chi are still the most respected. KA has declined Theta Xi has stayed the same. Pi Kapp, Lambda Chi, and Phi Psi, have all been improving and are around the same right now.

You could make an argument to move AGR up one but still very accurate
